Hello KA Students and Families
Summer is here and our schedule is filling up quickly with special events, parades, festivals, etc. Please plan to participate and sign up with Ms. Krauser for planning purposes. For those walking in parades and participating in events, wear your Karate America t-shirt and pants, your belt, white or black tennis shoes with socks. PLEASE be sure your shoes are broken in, fit properly, and are comfortable. This is not the time to wear a new pair of shoes. As always a HUGE KARATE AMERICA SMILE should be worn at all time along with a POSITIVE attitude.

July 3rd Flags of Freedom Parade in Sun Prairie starts at 2:00 p.m. Meet at KA at 1:30 p.m. We will enter the parade at the corner of Main and Ruby Lane (By Kwik Trip) the route proceeds down Main Street to Market Street. Parents can meet students after the parade in front of City Hall.
July 4th Token Creek Parade starts at 1:00 p.m. Meet at Ledges Park in Token Creek. From Sun Prairie take Hwy 19 towards Token Creek. Turn LEFT on Token Road (prior to traffic lights - if you get to traffic lights you need to turn around). This road will take you right to Ledges Park. Please drive with caution as this is a residential area and the streets are parked full with vehicles of people coming to town to watch parade and participate in events. There will be numerous 'excited' kids/families walking and not necessarily paying attention when crossing residential streets. PARENTS CAN MEET STUDENTS where the parade ends. Route goes drown Rattman/Portage Road and ends about 1 block before lights on Hwy 19. Meet us where the parade ends (we will turn on a side street.
August 7th Grandmaster Ron VanBrowning will be here at Karate America for a in-depth training. This is a great opportunity for our students. More information as far as seminar content, time, and cost will be posted at a later date.
Thank you students for your regular attendance. Remember to invite your family, friends, neighbors to try out our program FREE. We offer 2-weeks of classes to introduce potentially new students. We offer 'incentives' to those of you that give us referrals when they sign up.
